Membership in The Darling Supper Club is your invitation to an intimate dining experience unlike any other in Miami. If your application is accepted, you become a part of our community and gain access to our monthly dinners including: Member-only dinners – no public tickets, no outsiders. Access to all monthly dinners - starting at $75 per seat. Four carefully selected wine pairings with every dinner. A pre-dinner cocktail to set the tone, a post-dinner cocktail to close the evening.

The name “Darling” comes from a southern term of endearment that holds deep personal meaning—I spent many summers in Charleston surrounded by family, warmth, and great cooking. Cooking and hosting have always been how I express my love and affection. When you’re invited to my table, it’s more than just a meal; it’s a personal expression of care, friendship, and genuine connection.

Every dinner I host comes purely from a place of joy and generosity—not ego, not clout, not financial gain. If I cook for you, it’s because I truly want you there. And once you sit at my table, you become a part of something bigger than yourself.
